Reverse Uno card

Today, I was driving when I noticed that the guy in front was on the phone. I pulled up next to him, pulled out my phone and I made a gesture that he needed to put his phone away. It was a cop. I got a ticket for driving while on my cell phone. FML

Cops are above the law apparently.

I hope to god that they weren't in an obvious cop car...

You deserve it you were being just as dangerous as him by your actions. Lucky that's the only citation he gave you.

mind you own ******* business OP. yeah it's stupid, but it's really not your decision

Learn to mind your own business. YOU aren't a cop, so it's not your job or right to try to enforce or dictate the laws. Absolute YDI

Mind your own business next time.

FYL for sure, you were doing the right thing. All these people saying mind your own business, are the same people that would B#$%& about how if that person was on their phone when they crashed, the person was an idiot. You did the right thing to tell him to get off his phone. Contest it and you will probably get out of the ticket.

That was kind of rude though.. It's none of you business if they wanna be stupid and do something illegal.

Cops are allowed to use phones while driving. You are one of those people who causes accidents trying to get everyone else to follow the rules when in reality you should mind your own business.... Or become a cop so you can drive around ticketing people for using their cell phones.

Stay out of people's buisness. YDI

Really? A cop? That's just ridiculous. Talk about a contradiction of the law.

What a hypocrite.
