Today, I found out my debit card information has been compromised and that someone in San Jose, CA has completely drained my bank account. Joke's on them though. I was already broke as fuck. FML

Today, I found that there were charges of almost 2,000 dollars on my bank account. Some asshole in Florida stole my money. I have bills and that was money I saved to buy myself a new car. FML
Today, I canceled my ATM card, because it had been lost. Then I found it. Then I found out I can't reactivate it, because I asked for a replacement card. I'm from CA, and I'm in Mexico with only 20 bucks. FML
Today, I found out that my girlfriend has been paying her half of the rent by taking my ATM card and getting money from my account. FML
Today, I found out my credit card was maxed out to the penny, all thanks to purchases made on an online wine store. Apparently my mother was thirsty enough to steal from her own son. FML
Today, after my bank sent me a new card because the old one had been compromised, I woke up to find that it's already been used to start an Amazon Prime account and order several movies. The card to replace a compromised card has been compromised. FML
Today, my bank card was skimmed (copied electronically) and my account was totally cleaned out. I had only just got paid and don't get paid again for 4 weeks. The bank says it will take 21 days minimum to resolve. They offered me a credit card with a huge interest rate to help me get by. FML
Today, I got mugged. I almost felt sorry for him: he got a $15 cell phone, a frozen debit card, a credit card with only $50 of credit left on it, and no cash. FML
Today, I found out my identity was stolen. The person got credit cards in my name and didn't pay the bills, which has ruined my near perfect credit. The worst part about all of this is that I can't turn the person in. It's my mom, and sending her to jail wouldn't really work out for anyone. FML
Today, I received my replacement debit card in the mail after losing my previous one. I've already lost my new one. FML
Today, I found out that my parents are 28,000 dollars in debt and that my bank account has $27.17 in it. They took my money to help pay their debt. FML

Report it to the police immediately! Even if you barely had anything you should still do it.. it's ur money and nobody else has a right to keep it... or steal it.

tell the bank what happened! a lot of banks will reimburse your money if something happens! and don't forget to tell the police either! hopefully they can find out who did it since they know what stores they have been going to. best of luck!

Definitely tell tell the bank. A couple of years ago someone in Cincinnati did this to me. The bank reimbursed me and took charge of the investigation. Someone tried to buy gardening equipment on my dime. Nefarious thieves! No plants for you! Now that I think about it, it was probably for weed.

Just had someone charge $80 from a target in San Jose, pretty sure it's from Wendy's, all of their systems were hacked and card information stolen. Our bank had us fill out some paperwork and reimbursed us

Yeah, that sucks. Someone recently stole my info and payed for an Amazon prime subscription. I was broke as **** too.
