Lots of people here apparently don't know about the whole size to strength thing, where the smaller you are, the more effective your muscle mass is. There's a reason ants can lift 10 times their own weight easily and larger creatures can't.

Kids have an abundance of energy. Pretty sure most kids could out do an adult in those circumstances unless said adult was in training at the gym alot.
