Intervention

Today, my friends staged an intervention. I'm not on drugs, I'm not an alcoholic, and I own my own house. My car is paid for and my job pays well. Apparently, I need an intervention because my life is not where they want it to be, which involves me being married with children. FML

Hey they want you to be happily married. Well at least married.

Don't listen to them. It's your life, not theirs. You get married and have children if you want and whenever you want.

You're absolutly fine on your own . You don't need children and a wife if you're not ready . How you live your life has nothing to do with your friends lives . :)

livin the good life.

be glad that they try with you and want you to be happy. Even tho your content by the sounds of it. True friends are hard to come by, people forget the meaning and seriousness of the word they use.

It seems more like they want him to fit their ideals than to be happy. It's rather selfish of OP's friends to hold an intervention over something so person and not harmful.
