Today, when I tried to play my new Switch, my girlfriend yelled at me to "put down the damn video games." I've barely had five minutes to use this thing without her bitching at me. The worst part? She gave it to me, for Christmas. FML
Today, my boyfriend gave me a used Nintendo Switch for my birthday. I got mad that he gave me a used one, since I'm worth more than that. Now I have no boyfriend and no Switch. FML
Today, my girlfriend destroyed my Xbox, because somewhere in her psycho brain she actually thought it would get me to pay more attention to her, even though I only play 3 hours on a Sunday. Joke's on her, I bought a new one, she’s back on the streets, and I play it a whole lot more now. FML
Today, I stayed home from work to pick up my Switch 2. As I raced into the house and prepared for the magic of unboxing it, my wife called and ruined the moment by blathering about her boring day. FML
Today, I found out the hard way that my girlfriend lied about being on the pill four months ago. FML
Today, it's the last day of my girlfriend's "dream vacation", which I broke the bank paying for. She's spent almost the entire week laying in bed, listlessly playing Pokémon. She won't even talk to me. FML
Today, my girlfriend broke up with me because she found out I play video games. No, not that I play too many video games or have an addiction to video games. Just that I play them, period. FML
Today, I found out that my girlfriend of five months is pregnant. Apparently, she stopped taking her pill two months ago because "we" wanted a baby. I don't recall ever having that discussion with her. FML
Today, my girlfriend once again insisted that she didn't have a problem with my gaming. Considering that every day I find my PC desk covered in junk, and all my consoles disconnected, somehow I don't think she's telling the truth. FML
Today, I was playing competitively for my clan in a tournament. Money is involved, and I was doing quite well until my girlfriend up and turned the PS4 off because I wasn't "paying enough attention" to her, despite being on a holiday with her for the previous 3 days. FML

Er... can a few weeks of pills buy a Nintendo Switch where you live? That's awfully expensive. Then again, you are having sex together and don't want a kid together... what she did was stupid, but maybe you should pay for half of the birth control from now on. There is actually no reason she should pay for it all (she's already the one taking the hormones). Or get a vasectomy. Guys are always complaining when a woman fails to do birth control... but you can do it too, there is no reason the responsability should fall on the woman all the time.

Just as much your responsibility as it is hers. They make condoms for reason. Dr’s can even do reversible vasectomy’s.

I guess I'm out of the loop, because my health insurance makes my birth control free. And if she stopped buying it to save up for a Switch, I'm wondering what she's using and how pricey it is. Yikes!

Mayaklast, although your initial boiled down point is valid, you really went down a weird road. Vasectomy reversal is not covered by insurance and doesn’t always work. Also, on that topic, vasectomy is NOT a form of birth control. So by your thought process, why don’t she get her tubes tied?

Because tubal litigation is invasive and costly, and most doctors won't preform it until a woman has 3 kids. Vasectomies cheaper and easier to get.
