216 You're right. It's referred to as a holding weight. You were probably at the holding weight for a significant amont of time. If you want to get to a lower goal break your meals down to 6-8 mini meals and eat them every 2-3 hrs. The metabolism will work harder sensing ''more'' food. This worked with every client that was stuck on a plateau. Or you can just be happy where you are. :-)
