Happy New Year 2024!

Today, I hate fucking existing. I could literally die right now and know one would ever even check on me for months. I’ve literally gone 4 months with no work, locked in my house the whole time, and never received a text, phone call, or a knock at the door. Not a single person thought about me. FML

Halloween

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.

Same thing different taste

How many people did you text, call, or visit during that time?

So as a former Certified Hermit... Finding a hobby and going out to meet other people and Do The Hobby (bowling, knitting group, horse riding, etc) is really helpful. Even just going outside and going to a bar or casino or something helps. Just start with one conversation and work your way up. There's shit-all you can do about no one calling you, but if you go introduce yourself to other people, it stops mattering as much because your brain is getting the Social Dopamine anyway.

trust me, in the same boat kinda. I do qork but after that complete silence till nxt day

Sometimes a little prolonged alone time is good. But do go out a bit, get a little social dopamine, just because no one writes or text means you should off yourself. There's soo much to do even when you're alone.
