Freakout
Today, I fell asleep in class. One minute I'm listening to a lecture; twenty-five minutes later, I'm waking up screaming in agony in front of everyone after biting my tongue in my sleep. FML

I prefer my alarm clock, but whatever works for you I guess.

Badly enough to wake up screaming in class.

For some reason I always bite my tongue while I sleep also. I have no idea why but I feel your pain. Sorry everyone had to see it.

Ouch, that sounds painful. Hopefully your teacher wasn't too angry about it? I never bit my tongue, but I always fell asleep with my head and arms on my desk, and every time I would wake up I would have to spend the next fifteen minutes burping up air. I never met anyone else that happened to.

That happens to me too! :O I've yet to meet anyone else thought. ^^"

28- I use that same technique too xD also the "pretend your reading the textbook but really you're sleeping" technique...

I prop up my head with my arm and look at my book, then sleep. Gotten away with it for years lol. If you put your head on the desk it's too obvious and they usually catch you and shout at you.

Well, if anyone else was tired in class, you certainly woke them up :P

Look on the bright side . At least you didn't bite your tongue off and bleed profusely . That would be significantly worse .

Any time a loud disturbing noise is uttered in an educational setting screaming EUREKA!!! At the same time usually makes it more acceptable

It would have been more awkward if someone told you that you were moaning the whole time you were sleeping.

I'm sorry but that's a little bit overreacting. I mean everyone bites their tongue but you honestly don't need to make a big deal out of it and make a scene.

She bit her tongue while asleep. It's not like she could control her reaction.

I'll bet the professor feels bad that the material was so hard that it made you cry.
SystemofaBlink41 27
Nah, I think professors WANT to see us cry...
