Cooking for none
Today, I wanted to bake some chocolate chip cookies. As the first load was done, I tasted a cookie and it tasted too salty. Thinking it was because of the pinch of salt, I added more sugar to the batter, only to realize that the sugar I've put into the whole batter was actually salt. FML

Sugar and salt don't actually cancel each other out, you know...

I'm just bothered that you did a "load" of cookies and added sugar to cookie "batter." In what world is it not a batch of cookies and cookie dough?

You have gone through life, been educated, raised by loving parents.... and yet, you didn't notice the different grain used for salt vs sugar? Unless you were grinding your own salt to put in your recipe, you should have known this by now. Also, who the hell doesn't taste the batter as they're making it? HEATHEN
