Those 5 individuals will be replaced with five new, fresh ones; eager to do what's best for the company.
Or there's something legitimately wrong with the company. During my first week at my old job, I couldn't figure out why people were quitting faster than my old managers could hire them. After about 2 weeks I realized it was because it was just badly managed. By the end of the summer, they'd hired 200+ people, and of those 200+ people, there were 9 of us who stayed on before we got fed up and quit. If 5 people are quitting in such a short time span, there's something going on that shouldn't be.
still better than signing up for hunger games
Signing up for the Hunger Games is compulsory. OP has a choice of whether or not they want to stay at their job.
I thought that you're selected for the hunger games by a lottery unless you offer yourself as tribute
I'd say try to get fired, but I don't know what kind of problems that might cause for job searchs in the future. Your call OP
Too early to tell, could be a fluke and every company goes through a rough patch that scares people away. Doesn't mean that it's a permanent state. And they are hiring, which is a good sign. Give it your best, maybe you can help then the tide!
Man the life boats! You can probably move up the ranks faster unless they are going under...still wouldn't hurt to look for another job
Or you really smell :)
At least your still getting paid. Save your money wisely, if anything happens then at least you'll have a safety net
I sympathize - Been there and done that. Mine was a 2 year contract. The problem was a toxic boss in my case. I should have known there was a problem when during my interview I only spoke with managers - no coworkers.
I've never spoke to coworkers during interviews. just managers and bosses.
Maybe you can try save it!?
