To clear everything up: - they were dirty dishes going into the wash so it didn't really matter - I still have some dishes, but half of them are gone

That sort of happened with cat! He got tangled in my headphones and ran around the whole house, broke so much stuff just from jumping on my counter and table. You can never stop them once they get crazy!
