1) it is possible to pop a hood from the outside of a car, latch or no latch.

2) it is possible to pop her locks to
open the car door to get to the hood latch

3) anyone, male or female, who is going to take on the responsibility of driving a car should know basic vehicle maintenance. this includes changing a tire, how to connect jumper cables to jump start the battery, and changing/checking your oil
