Today, I was woken up by a loud noise, which I thought was an earthquake. It sounded like a car had driven right into my living room. Which was exactly what it was. FML

this one time, i was in the shower and i heard a loud bang, got out of the shower and asked my mom "why did it soiund like somebody crashed into the front of the house?" she looked at me and paused before saying "because kimmy (her friend) did." and then i see kimmy pop her head around a corner and smile. i went outside to see the damage in a towel alone. it was bad.

I felt an earthquake that made a sound like a semi-truck hitting a ruff patch of road, and slaming on the brakes.
It was an earthquake and because there was a earthquake the car started to spin out of controll then crashed into her living room ;)

A friend of mine had a neighbor who had this happen to him. Some drunken idiot crashed right into his living room. However, it was through the window not the actual wall.
@OP: Was it through the window or the wall? If it was through the wall, it must have been one giant car going extremely fast!

same thing happened to me a few weeks ago
2 drunk douchebags were having a race at like 3 am and one lost control and crashed into our car which sent it crashing through the living room.
A car being driven into your house: The best and most efficient alarm to make sure you wake up and get up.
If they had a handicap plaque hanging from the rearview mirror then it's perfectly Ok. Stop bitching.
Woah, woah- stop bitching? A car ran through his house! That could have destroyed a bunch of irreplaceable stuff and generally causes a lot of stress for OP. Then again, the only reason I even believe this is because my neighbor was nearly killed when his house was hit by a freakin' PLANE.

Why would a handicap sign make a difference? If you can't even stay on the road, then you shouldn't be driving, PERIOD! Being handicapped doesn't free you of the responsibility of being in control of your car.

That's what "property damage" is for when you buy car insurance, but most policies don't cover amounts as high as this is likely to need... You have homeowners insurance, I hope?
On a side note, how did this person deserve it? For not putting up a giant display in their yard that says 'Please use your better judgment and do not veer off of the road into my living room.'?

Yeah, it totally sounds like an earthquake, doesn't it? A really loud, exploding earthquake. This happened to me on Mother's Day, only my retard bust through a brick wall and jumped a pool. FYL! FML! CHEERS!
