Use your bed as a trampoline , bounce out the window , and get your phone back . Your must have a pretty high/bouncy bed & a low/close window , sounds very unrealistic unless you whip your phone down .

In my case, I'm a few floors up in an apartment, and ALWAYS leave my windows wide open, with the exception of bad weather of course. Just not open as much in the winter. ;)

I do that too! I throw my phone on my bed after being out all day; usually it just shuts itself off though.
Then again, my bed isn't even close to a window. It's across the room (I like to be able to see the window at night).
That sucks that your phone took a leap of faith out of the window though. I'd suggest that it's time to move on and find a new phone. That one's gone.

i always do , but i live on a high floor so i have nothing to worry about.
when you close it, its gets really hot & stuffy!

hahaha :') that's brilliant. i've done something similar, a friend asked to borrow my phone to send a text, so i threw it at her and it went out the open window behind her :') i think that was a combination of a bad throw and a very bad attempt at catching.
you must have a super springy mattress. i'm guessing you don't live next to a pond. that would have been FML squared.
What you didnt know is that every time you threw the phone, it was practicing for its great escape.
Today was the big day.
I loved the short and sweetness to this one. Bwhaha, right to the punch line. Sorry about your phone, but at least you have a hilarious story to tell all your friends. Now it won't be the boring left-it-somewhere ones. =]

I always throw my phone on brothers [hard] bed, it bounces and I hear a big thump underneath the bed. WHICH may I add, was very dusty and was almost like a storage.

Btw, many beds are close to the window.
I just can't explain the window being open when you came home. Hey, maybe he trusts everybody in his neighborhood... or not.

wow! last night when i read this i laughed soooo hard aha so funny i pictured it in my head. i pictured a phone landing on the bed first and then popping up (haha weird sound effect) ZOOM! out the window.wowiieee

ROFL. this reminded me of an ad, i think it was for macdonalds. A guy is watching his toaster waiting for it. looks as his watch and you can see him thinking 'hurry up' few seconds later the toast pops up and goes straight out the window. couldnt stop laughing when i saw it. can just imagine your phone bouncing straight out hahahaa bad luck
