Great joke Dad, thanks

Today, the phone rang, it was some woman who wanted to speak to my dad. “It’s probably his mistress,” I said jokingly. Turns out it was. FML
Today, my mom called while I was at a job interview. I ignored the call, but the interviewer was so offended by the fact I'd rudely left it on at all, that he threw me out. I found out from my mom later that she'd called to wish me good luck. FML
Today, after long day at work, I stopped by my parents' house to say hi. After 30 minutes into the visit, my dad turns to me and asks, "Did you really have to stop by while I was balls deep?" Apparently I interrupted my parents' sex time. FML
Today, my boyfriend called my cell. I picked up and said, "Hi, this is Lisa and I want you to fuck me raw." It was my dad. He was at my boyfriend's parents' house and forgot his phone. FML
Today, while driving with my step mother, she attempted to have phone sex with my dad. FML
Today, my dad's boss called our house and I answered. He said, "Is your dad home?" I replied, "I'll go check." I put the phone on mute and asked my dad if he wanted to talk to his boss. My dad says, "Does that asshole not have a life?" Turns out the phone wasn't on mute, it was on speaker. FML
Today, I got a call from my dad asking if I was a porno actress. I am. FML
Today, while having sex with my boyfriend, my dad called my cell. He ended the phone call with, "and tell your boyfriend to shut up, I can hear him moaning." FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were having phone sex. It got very wild and soon was interrupted by a knock on my door. My dad had come home early from work, and heard the whole thing. He demanded my boyfriend to come over, and he had a sex talk with him on the couch in front of the whole family. FML
Today, my dad thought it was perfectly acceptable to ask my girlfriend how many guys she screwed before me. FML

I'd suggest putting the phone on silent next time you go for a job interview!

Or turn your phone off YDI for leaving it on during the interview.

Is it problematic that I'll do this to my kids?

He may have made a mistake, #44, but that doesn't mean he deserves what he got.

Well, at least he's got enthusiasm.

jtthegr8 26
Why would he/she answer anyways?
Mercyfulsin 7
Probably because if a parent calls it's probably important, if it had bee on silent they wouldn't have even looked at it. Either way I feel like YDI a bit

Celestial_Dreams 15

A7XCamaro 19
Because 6 thought he had a chance at being #1, so he put the first stupid thing that came to mind.

Why wasn't your phone on silent or even in the car? And why did you answer it?!
euphoricness 28
Maybe he thought it was for another job interview!
iLike2Teabag 27
It's generally not a good idea to leave valuables in the car, even if it's hidden.
cailey1234567890 24
Why'd you answer?
PresidentNorth 16
parent calling could have been serious. You never know. Why question OP?
Jewoine 4
Dad not stranger he could have easily said your mom just had a stroke
PresidentNorth 16
so we get down voted because we would answer the calls for our parents? You guys are awful people.
Dgarcia2014 13
Clearly, it's not the fact that you're being down voted because you answer a call from your parents. It js because of the plain and simple fact that you do not have your phone on during an interview. let alone, answer it. I wouldn't hire a person who did that.
A7XCamaro 19
I agree you're not being down voted for answering a call from your parents, the point is you shouldn't check your phone or even have it on in an interview, therefore you shouldn't even know it's a parent.
cailey1234567890 24
Im just saying OP shouldnt have even checked who was calling if they were in a job interview. Could have called back once they were done with the interview.
kelsorg 21
I don't understand why you answered your phone in the middle of an interview. ydi

Comment moderated for rule-breaking.
The OP could have thought it was an urgent emergency.
kelsorg 21
yes but he had enough room to add that detail if it were the case, right?
LexiDaBae 17
But that's kind of irrelevant.
GentlemanBastard 15
If I'm interviewing someone, I would expect them to have their phone off. You don't answer a call in an interview. Ever. You return the call when the interview is over. If it was an emergency, his dad should have called 911. Ya know, the emergency number.
kingdomgirl94 29
Obviously it'd never be "help I need you to come save me" but an "I just got into a really bad accident and my car is totaled and has been towed can you come get me" or something along those lines, or just news of a death or severe injury... you get the idea.
kelsorg 21
what if's don't matter here because it wasn't the case. this was not an emergency.
kingdomgirl94 29
I know but I'm just saying, that could be why OP answered.
Kobe1Kenobi 3
Punk ass move.
cina5 19
You shouldn't have answered.
