That's totally what I was going to say, it's definitely the waste outflow pipe thing clogged and what not. You'll probably need a ratcheting PVC pipe cutter, a slip nut wrench, some soft jaw pliers, and some low riding pants.

Dunno why this was downvoted, Homeowners insurance does indeed cover sewer backups. A wastewater backup into your house can do some serious damage.

No, no. Floodaxa is completely safe. Side effects, however, may include destroyed furniture, damage to foundation, paranoia, and $400 dollars in plumbing costs. Yep! completely safe and reassuring.
