Today, my brother broke his mountain bike, so he stole mine, and managed to break it as well. Then he made some kind of franken-bike out of parts from both, and messed that one up too. FML

Autumn: Leaves and Laughter
When the leaves fall, the laughter rises. Discover autumn stories as crisp as dried leaves!
Same thing different taste
Today, not only did someone steal my bike, they also managed to get wasted and drunkenly ride my stolen bike through my new screened-in front porch, destroying it and the bike. FML
Today, after far too many times of my brother stealing food out of my own personal mini fridge, I bought a lock and chained the handles together. I came back to find that my brother had responded by breaking the doors off their hinges. FML
Property is theft
Today, my sister stole my bike and gave it to her boyfriend. When I told my parents, they said it was fine, because I wasn't using it anyway. The reason I wasn't using it was because it needed a new tire, and I was saving up for one. FML
Today, I came home from work to find the lock to my bike busted and my bike stolen. The worst part was a nicer bike was sitting right next to it without a lock. FML
Thanks, "Bro"
Today, my brother "pranked" me by dropping my new laptop out my bedroom window. He'd set up a saran wrap safety net below to catch my laptop safely, but he didn't secure it well enough. My laptop is completely fucked and he won't accept responsibility because he didn't mean to break it. FML
Today, my brother "borrowed" my car and keys without asking me. He came back 4 hours later, alone and pale faced. It took half an hour of questions, interrogation, and finally threats before he admitted that my car is sitting in a ditch a few miles away, probably totaled. FML
DIY FML
Today, after spending hundreds of dollars on parts and tools, and hours of research to teach myself how to perform the work, I upgraded my bike. It was also today that I made it 4 blocks from my house on my first ride before I hit a curb and broke my collarbone. FML
The blame game
Today, my brother got mad at me for breaking the screen on his phone. He'd already dropped it so many times that the whole screen was cracked to the point that you couldn't see anything on it, but for some reason, I am fully responsible for its destruction because I accidentally delivered the finishing blow. FML
My little boy
Today, my 12 year-old son came home with two broken arms after finding an awesome place to ride his bike. He found a sweet jump and his handlebars broke. He's currently in slings and waiting for an appointment with a surgeon, the breaks were so bad, the hospital couldn't reset them. FML
Nicked
Today, my bike was stolen. Partially. Since I always locked it up, some asswipe thought it would be funny to steal the handlebar stem and the seat, leaving the actual handlebar dangling by the brake cables. Since there was no way to steer or sit, I had to carry my bike one mile back to my dorm. FML

It's a sign that you both should take up jogging.

2, if he felt so bad, he wouldn'ta taken the parts to build a new one, nor ride it in the same careless manner as before.

Why so many down votes for 3? He is correct.
camsterjoe 12
Darn tooting I'm correct. Thanks for supporting the grammar Nazi cause. I hope you will be attending our bimonthly meeting later this week.

If this was within the period of one day, I think there should be an award for this.

Your brother should probably look into another hobby... Bike riding just isn't working out!
keverdeen 14
You should probably keep him away from bikes from now on..
olpally 32
What an idiot. How do you break 2 mountain bikes? Then try to make it work by putting the two broken ones together? What a ******* moron your brother is.
jipster 11
Maybe there were different parts broken so he used the good parts to make a new bike.
olpally 32
Chances are the bikes weren't the same make or model though, regardless if they were good parts he tried to put together. Two wrongs don't always make a right.
ChenEighty 20
22, how do you know the parents didn't get them two similar bikes for Christmas one year?
olpally 32
The fact he messed up the new one he made out of the two broken ones, makes me believe they aren't similar bikes otherwise the new bike would've worked with the broken parts. Ehh. I could see that happening. But I doubt it.

26, if he could break the two separate bikes while they had correct parts, I wouldn't be surprised by him breaking a bike made by him out of matching parts...
potatomanjr 16
You can use any component off any mountain bike to put it on another mountain bike. You can not mix and match road bike parts and mountain bike parts. My team mate today broke a derailure, then jammed up a chain on a back up bike they had. Bikes break often, they are simple to repair, but you would be surprised at how much they cost to repair.

'Tis right, 39.

Demand payment for your broken bike doesnt matter if hes your brother he broke your bike he has to pay
