Nice day, innit?

Today, my parents scoured my browser history, certain that I have a hidden Facebook account that I'm using to get up to no good. Their reasoning was that there's no way my only friends are my relatives and that all I can post about is about the weather. FML

Can somewhat understand the fear of your parents... I mean, if you were up to no good, then you soon might start making trouble in their neighbourhood.

Surprised the fml wasn't about naughty history sites.

28 - Fmylife.com? Janet, she does have a **** addiction!

I'm sure OP is smart enough to delete his history if he is watching ****

Yeah my mom did the same thing with my brother. Then she started interrogating me because we're the closest.

Anyone else feeling sorry for OP with the fact that his only friends are his relatives and all he has to post about is the weather?...

Considering that it got approved and most of the votes are for FYL, I'd say that quite a few people also feel sorry for OP.

I actually just very recently had a project where I used this song. Out of sheer boredom I am going to see what I can recite from memory, so just warning, don't read unless you have nothing to do with your life right now. Now this is the story all about how. My life got flipped turned upside down. Id like to take a minute just sit right there. I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called Bel-Air. West phillidelphia born and raised. On the playgrounds' where I spent most of my days. Chillin out maxin, realxin all cool, shooting some bball outside of the school. When a couple of guys who were up to no good, started makin trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared. She said you're movin with your auntie and uncle to bel-air. I begged and pleaded with her day after day, but she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way. She gave me a kiss and she gave me a ticket, I put my walkman on and said i might as well kick it. First class yo, this is bad, drinking orange juice out of a champaign glass. Is this how the people of Bel-Air living like? Hmmmm this might be alright. (Forgot part here) borgiose and all that. Is this the place they gonna send this cool cat? ****, can't remeber the rest, just woke up, and if you actually read it all I commend you.

Not bad, better than I could remember. Props to you good sir.

you were close... after mom got scared it was: I whistled for a cab and when it came near, the licence plate said fresh and there were dice in the mirror. I thought to myself "this cab must be rare" but naah forget it, yo homes to Bel Air! I pulled up to a house about 7 or 8 and yelled at the cabbie yo homes, smell ya later. I looked at my kingdom, I was finally there to sit on my throne as the prince of Bel Air.... apologies for any mismarked punctuation.

#47 no he was right, that part is. Little later though, in the full song

47 - That part goes like this: I whistled for a cab, and when it came near, the license plate said fresh and it had dice on the mirror. If anything, I could say "The discount was where?", but I thought, "Nah, forget it, yo homes to Bel-Air!

#55? I thought it was "That this cab was rare" ...Discount? What cab gives a discount?

Sorry, but it looks like you'll have to deal with it whether you like it or not.

It is time to turn off the computer to go out and make some new friends. That is, if you are allowed to do so.

I was wondering the same thing.

I think it is that they found it suspicious that his ONLY friends on Facebook were relatives and that he just posts about the weather.

This seems like a time for a rather unpleasant and confronting conversation with your parents. They are just being paranoid, I mean how can they expect you to get out much if they are that protecting, and perhaps you should see this a an indication to try to become more sociable around others and make some friend. (And get in trouble together with them, a great bonding experience)

Nothing pushes people together more than having to work together to hide a body. Haaa, fond memories of the past.

Or a well planned bankrobbery and violent car-chase, like in the movie HEAT.

Looks like it's time to get out and make some friends! Of course online friends are cool too you know.

How did they have it coming? Cause they don't have any friends? How is that their fault?

Well if you are very passive and choose never to leave your house that would be your own fault. I mean, social contacts don't build themselves, it takes some effort to meet people and maintain social relations.

16 - The main reason I have few friends is because I find meeting people, making friends, and keeping them kind of exhausting. Maybe I'm just lazy, though. /:

Well if you have a strong bond with the people you associate with that is a good thing, I mean better to have a couple of good friends than a bunch of friends that are no good to you. But yeah, I agree with that.

16- he could have some type of social anxiety also, so you cant judge him by the fact that he has no friends

Have to ask - how old are you for your parents to think it's necessary for them to be checking for a second facebook account? And - it's better than what my mum does. She rings me up and demands to know exactly how I know whoever I've added on facebook recently.

Well I wouldn't advocate parents doing that unless they really have reason to think that you might be in trouble based on other evidence...but to be fair, your facebook does sound a lot like a fake account lol. I hardly ever use the thing but even I have actual friends added on it and when I do post, it's not just about the weather...
