why would you tell your boss youre in love with him? unless you knew he felt the same and didnt care about office policies and even then id be weary...

It's those words "in love with..." that did it.

You don't tell random people you've been "in love with them" for three years. That's fucking creepy.

Now, if you had said something NORMAL, like, "I'd like to go out for coffee sometime", you probably wouldn't be in this position. Weirdo.
