I knew a girl who ended up in an inpatient mental institution for pathological lying because she said things like this and her parents didn't know how else to treat her. She told a lot of people that someone had raped her and gotten her pregnant, and later admitted that both parts were untrue. She ruined a lot of peoples' lives with her lies. :/ I hope the same doesn't happen to you OP. Be wary and careful!! :S

Demand a paternity test that way as long as she did not steal your sperm to get pregnant you will be clear
