The ignorance seeping from these comments like a pus filled boil is astounding.

Getting a boil or cyst in that area does not always have to do with having a dirty crotch, just like getting a boil or cyst in any other area generally has nothing to do with being a dirty person. All it takes is one clogged pore.

Let's all remember that a vagina is a moist place, which is where bacteria thrives. Even though there is a lot a vagina can do to protect itself, and normally does, there are still variables such as weather and hormonal changes that can throw it out of whack.

On another note, a vagina is made up of basically the same kind of skin as the inside of your mouth, but you don't call people who get a canker sore or blister inside their mouth dirty.

Not all blisters are painful, either. They fill with pus to fight the bacteria, but they also form a type of cushion between the outside and the irritated skin. So if there wasn't anything bothering it, they probably didn't even feel it.

Here's an idea: Know what you're talking about before you make a nasty comment.
