Opening a reply with "you are and idiot" isn't the best way to support your case, Ronald.

Anyway, I was taking the role of Devil's Advocate to the extreme, I'm sure it is possible to hit your nose on your knee when sneezing. However, it'd have to be a pretty brutal sneeze to generate enough force to actually break the nose.
