the first stage is always denial
your doctor would know better than anybody whether you are over or underweight. there is a weight that is healthy and weights that are not and they're calculated based on your height and bone structure.
quit blubbering and take the advice of a medical proffessional who is trying to tell you that you're killing yourself, before you eat yourself into a heart attack one cheeseburger at a time.
