(0)roaches + shit = even nastier than fucking roaches..
(0)LAME!!!
Is there any legal action you can take against them? xD
(0)dang. was he self employed or did he represent a company?
if it's the latter I'd say call the company and report his lack of service
if he was self employed, take photos of the mess and go to small claims court
(0)Wow. Sue the hell out of them! That's horrible! :/
(0)Wtf? That's fucking horrible.

(0)Eww some ppl are just disgusting.
(0)This one is hilarious... Nice, original FML!
(+1)man i wouldn't leave an exterminator alone in my house anyway. or anyone really
(0)Plumbing fail
(0)Biohazard! Screw the exterminators... this calls for a HazMat team... or arson.
(+1)why would you leave the house when you knew a stranger would be coming in your home? YDI.
(0)Send him a bill for the clean up & put a stop payment on the cheque for failure to perform.
(0)He must of been a giant cockroach DISGUISED as a human posing as an exterminator!!!!!
(0)Yes! ^
(0)What is with all the roach FML's lately?
(0)sue they asses
(0)you should have been there while they were there. i wouldn't let a stranger in my home if i wasn't there. YDI.
(0)Wow #14, you are really clever... NOT. Fail.

(0)Why am I reminded of this comic?
http://www.penny-arcade.com/comic/2005/01/19/
That sucks. I would definitely refuse to pay him. Take him to small claims court to get your money back.
(0)oh wow, that's disgusting.
I'd be extremely pissed.
(0)Sounds like something that would end up on the People's Court. Sue the bastard.
(0)Now THIS is a FML!
I don't even know what to say but you got shit on (pun intended). I wouldn't pay any of that! Call the po-lice.
(0)I would either contact him or the company he works for & give them the chance to compensate you for the damage/bad job (legally you usually have to allow them to fix the problem once) or tell them that you will take them to court. You could also contact the Better Business Bureau. Good luck, I hope you are able to rid your home of the roaches. Sorry it was such a disaster
(0)Firstly the police can't do anything as it's a civil matter you retard #21.
Secondly, YDI. Not for the crap, but for paying yourself for roach removal. Your landlord is responsible for all exterminations according to state general statutes.
Also, feel free to sue in small claims for the mess. I'd say about $1000 would cover the "hassle" of cleaning that up.
(0)I feel bad for those roaches :/ there living in shit. oh and you to.
(0)Well that just stinks. However, I second #2.
(0)Definatly call teh company and make a complaint.
Thats unacceptable.

(0)I'm with #11 on the hazmat, but dear god, avoid arson at all costs. I think we can all agree that flaming shit is unfavorable.
(0)#25 - I think you meant that towards me (I was 23 not 21). So who's the retard?
Secondly, no harm can come from it, why not put in a report since he defiled / vandalized his home? Damaging someone's property is a crime. That way this mother fucker may have to face civil and criminal charges?
(0)Man, if that happened to me, I'd hunt that guy down!
(0)HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
(0)Maybe the smell of his shit will scare away the roaches :)
(0)I'm just wondering why a legal worker would do that?
Either fake or you hired him illegal..
(0)That's so unprofessional, not to mention gross. Take him to small claims court.
(0)That's disgusting. Definetly FYL!
(0)Ugh, some people have no class (as ancient as that sounds lol). Definitely FYL
(0)Never leave anyone except family or very, very good friends in your house for any period of time, ever. YDI for not supervising when somebody is in your house. What if they stole something?
(0)that sux-u need to sue that ass for all he has!
(0)exterminators are gross people.
(0)i dont know about the rest of you, but who wants to be in a house where a stange man is spraying chemicals about? not I, the exterminator has a protective mask for this job, i don't think the OP did, and most people leave the house when an exterminator comes (notice i didn't say all, just the majority of people who don't feel like inhaling toxins)
but i agree with most of the people here, take that jerk to court!
(0)That is absolutly disgusting!
May i ask why the hell you werent supervising?
i dont know if you can actually sue for that but you deff. need to complain.
(0)Did you hire this guy from the black market or some shit?
Complain to the company and get em to re-exterminate your house for free
FYL
(0)well, it doesn't get a whole lot worse than that on the grossness scale. someone else's shit all over your bathroom AND roaches? FYL indeed.
(0)omg that's disgusting. he should at least have the decency to clean up his own shit and exterminate the roaches. and since he did leave his shit there and didn't do anything about the roaches you shouldn't have had to pay him
(0)SUE!!!!!!!! How disgusting. Also, report him to the BBB pronto.
(0)This is partially your own fault, you should never leave your house unattended, even if it is respectable hired help. Always supervise, especially when they are in your own home! Despite that, you didn't disserve to get crap all over your bathroom and still have roaches, sue him!
(0)Exterminators don't crawl around with tongs grabbing every last roach inside your house. It takes time for poison and traps to work. You need to wait more than a few hours before complaining.
(0)Get your money back ASAP. Do what ever it takes
(0)Dam thats f up....i know you were pissed!
(0)"dump" best word ever.
(0)i just laughed the hardest i have ever laughed in my life.
thank you for your fcked up life!
(0)Your life is F'd I wodner what happens when you pay 150 dollars to the plumber.
(0)You really need to get a refund from the person who shouldn't even have the title "exterminator" anymore.
(0)You still paid him?
#55 - On 05/26/2009 at 8:31pm by ergo
(0)what a dumb ape id give him a swirly in the shitty toilet and make him eat it humanity IS going to shit
(0)If he works for the company I'd call them and give them an earful
If he's self employed I'd take legal action
No matter what I'd refuse to pay the bill.
If I paid up front I'd be there to supervise him while he's working which you unfortunately weren't able to do. However if you paid up front, I'd look into some legal action because he just got paid 150 bones to take a shit.
(0)omg i wouldn't pay, no way in hell would i pay. i agree with #58
(0)Leaving an exterminator in your house alone? Come on....you deserved it.
(0)YDI, as most others have said, you don't leave the exterminator or any stranger alone in your home...
(0)that is disgusting!!! I would have made that dude clean everything and charge everything on him!!!
(0)You can probably sue for that. That's pretty unproffesional and disgusting of him. At the very least call him back and make him clean it. Then make him get rid of the fucking roaches.
(0)LOL! FYL alright!
but y did u go to work when he was still there?! thats bad :X

(0)That sucks.
Oh, for the roaches: cheaper than exterminators, just buy some boric acid at the pharmacy and put some everywhere they are likely to hide (under the fridge and other warm appliances, around the sink and places they can drink from, etc. ), it should get rid of them in two to three months (because you need to wait for the eggs left behind to open). Worked like a charm when I moved into my rented flat and discovered an invasion. I'm neurotic about roaches, though, and I killed every single one I saw. It might have helped.
(0)I think your land lord is supposed to pay for the exterminator...
(0)What an ass hat!
(0)Reminds me of my brother. He has 2 toilets in his condo, 1 on the second floor and 1 on the ground floor. The toilet upstairs was clogged. He called the plumber, but the plumber insisted on snaking the 2nd floor toilet right away. The toilets were on the same piping, and usually if one is clogged, it means the other is clogged. So sure enough, shit comes pouring out of the 1st floor toilet all over the house and the plumber books it.
(0)I agree with the few people who managed to figure out that she should not have hired an exterminator, since she was renting the house, also I would not trust a worker in my house, I would be present while he is there. and she should have paid him after he finished the job, again she should have been present for this.
You didn't deserve that. #65 has the right idea. Boric acid works.

(0)That's disgusting!! Sue the company!
(0)yeah you need to report them to the BBB for real.
Definitely report or sue. That's disgusting.
#73 - On 05/28/2009 at 12:19pm by jmarie
(0)FYL, I'd be filing a serious lawsuit.
(0)Wow, that sucks. Report him to his company, and sue if they don't do enough. Then for next time, make sure you see the work before you pay him for it...
(0)ive smiled while readin a lot of these stories but this is rly the first one ive laughed out loud on...haha just at the end wit the shit all over ur floor
(0)Well, thankfully, you are not actually out any money at least -- at least in the US. If a landlord does not maintain a clean, well maintained, and sanitary property, the tenants can correct the issue and deduct the cost from rent.
In some areas (Arizona) this applies to Air Conditioners, too, or heat, etc.
(0)Sue his ass!
(0)I'd sue!!!
(0)14 ftw!!!
(0)Ewww......
(0)That's bullshit
