Today, while undergoing the cumbersome task of screwing the tiny silver ball onto my lip piercing, I clumsily dropped it onto the counter and watched it bounce into the trash can, where it nestled snugly into a used maxi pad. FML

Oh gosh. I guess you could try either wrapping them in toilet paper or getting a lid for your trashcan.

Those balls are a total pain, I have small hands and still find them fiddly. I feel your pain, OP.

God I hate having to change studs. Sometimes a ring can be easier, although I think the kind that are sorta ring/stud hybrids (like a half loop with a screw end) tend to be the easiest, relatively speaking. They're all a bitch and 2/3.

I dropped a spike stud into the sink the other day. I almost caught it, too :/ I hope you had extras, I learned the hard way that you really need to keep an extra with you.
