Today, when I opened the door to my room at night, I saw this big menacing thing staring right at me. I gasped and my heart started racing. I apprehensively turned on the lights, and I realized that it was the semi-deflated Spongebob balloon that has been in my room for weeks. FML

Today, I was lying in bed, staring at the ceiling with the lights off. It was 1AM, and I'd just finished watching a scary movie, so I was a little paranoid. I was about to fall asleep, when an eerie light lit the room. I jumped, got tangled in the sheets, and hit my head against the bed frame. Where'd the light come from? Not a space ship. Not someone breaking in. It was my phone. FML

I dunno why everyone's whining about this FML, it's quite hilarious.

You deserve it because cartoon merchandise, regardless of how good a show may or may not be, is for children. That being said, balloons do have a tendency to creepily lurk in the dark. You should have just thrown your Tinkerbelle sweatshirt over it.
