Today, the girl I grew up with all the way to college, the one I hated, the one who always beat me up, the one I used to insult daily, the one I only spent time with because we had a friend in common, I asked her to marry me and she said yes. Guess love really is similar to hate. FML

Today, I was at my grandfather's house and my car was low on gas. He said I could put some of his gas in my car. He accidentally gave me the wrong tank to pump it out of, and I put fuel in my car that he uses for his small plane. It never ran better until the engine exploded. FML

Today, my boss told me that due to a colleague resigning, I have to do some of her job until they find a replacement. I asked if I’ll be getting compensated for the extra work/time, and he said no because of budget issues. I said that wasn’t fair. He responded, “Well, life ain’t fair, get used to it.” FML
