Sorry OP. I know how you feel. I once got a lecture when I worked in retail about how I was not smiling enough and was told my job was on the line if my smiles did not equal the amount of hours I worked per shift. Smiling all day is near impossible unless you are a crazed clown. I hope you find a better job soon. One that doesn't out unrealistic expectations on their staff. If you do happen to quit make sure you tell her to F*** Off. Good luck
