It's actually against most store policy and rules for cashiers to comment on anything a person buys, you could have easily reported it and got him in trouble! I would have!

Sounds like this one needs to be reported to either management (for improper behavior) or the BBB (for hiring underage workers, since any person over 13, especially female, should know better).
