Today, I walked in on my 11 year old sister-in-law holding my 10 month old, in the middle of telling her twin brother, how easy it would be to break my sons little toes but that she wouldn't do that because it would be too messy. FML.

Well someone has psychopathic tendencies. Never leave her alone with the baby again, that's just disturbing and wrong. Saying something like that about a baby shows she shouldn't be trusted around them. Also, tell your husband, so he can keep an eye on it, and so he knows what his sister is like.
