its the theme song for a show called Allsång på Skansen. Translated, it means "Stockholm in my heart..." it would make sense to think that because Stockholm is the capital of Sweden... if i hadnt been forced to learn the anthem in school i would've thought the same thing actually

To be fare, swedes rarely sing their national anthem. It is also not officially accepted as the national anthem.
