Today, I had to cover someone's lunch at work. Usually that's no big deal but the person never came back. It took 2 hours before someone came and took my place. Turns out not only did they forget I was there, no one realized I was there is the first place. Thanks Walmart! FML

Today, after getting ghosted by a company for a job I really wanted, I posted on LinkedIn, venting my frustration with companies not having the decency to send rejection letters. My current boss, who didn't know I was job hunting, saw it, and let me know I'm now on the shit list. FML

Today, I found out that my promotion had been rescinded and given to someone else, all because I was on a pre-approved vacation. According to my boss, they need someone who's "committed to the company" for the position, and gave me a lecture on how if I keep being "lazy" and "unmotivated" I'll never get ahead. FML
