Today, I found out that my boyfriend is getting back together with his crazy alcoholic ex-wife who frequently cheated on him. In addition to this news, I also found out that he maxed out all my credit cards. FML

Report the charges on the cards as fraudulent. Show that in the last month or so all these charges showed up. They weren't you. Explain the context in court and that he has moved out. Then bring detailed statements. Not only will the charges likely be removed but he'll be in serious shit for identity theft and fraud.
