Today, I was excited to finally receive my Halloween costume in the mail after the one I ordered back in September got lost in transit. Upon reaching my mailbox, I saw the lock had been broken off and my new costume had been stolen. The party is tomorrow. FML

Today, I went to a costume party dressed as Prince. As I walked into the party, I realized that I was the only one who hadn't received the memo that the costume part of the party had been cancelled. I spent the evening awkwardly mingling with a group of confused strangers while dressed in purple satin. FML

Today, I was chatting with a friend on msn. She told me a few days ago a Halloween party we had been planning was canceled because her parents said no at the last moment. Wanting to cheer her up, I went to her house to surprise her. I guess the party wasn't canceled after all. FML

Today, I went to my friend's costume party dressed as Michael Myers. My costume must've been too conspicuous because it drew violent attention. I'm still sore from the pushing, tackling, tripping, falling and body shots. FML

ummm, so what? really, u dont need only one event to "make it happen." isnt it halloween tomorrow? dont waste ur "awesome" costume. ask her out! go trick or treating together, party, etc. whip that crush into something more! ahhh, life is too short. get ur ass out there and take her (gentlemanly at 1st though)! if not someone else will :), then it will be a real FML!

if you didn't even remember the date of the party, you either don't really like her as much as you think or she's way too good for you and deserves someone who will always have her on their mind.
