Today, after spending a lazy day at home, I went to UPS with my mom to help her pick up a package. While in line, she sent me back to the car because I'm, "an embarrassment to be around" when I'm not wearing makeup. FML

Well, YDI, everyone knows you have to look your best going into UPS; think of the judgment the sleep deprived box loader will unleash within his private mind when you aren't a stunning decoration in his workspace for 3 minutes!

personally I hate makeup, the smell is horrible and it looks un-natural

You have yet to see someone do makeup right then. The point isn't to totally change the face. Just cover up blemishes and the sleep circles. If it's overdone it obviously doesn't work out.

a blind lady was asked how does she know that her daughter is beautiful, she said: "it isnt that when i come back home from work that she wraps her little fingers around mine and takes me to reach something for her, its that when she smiles her smile rings throughout the room all day, she is beautiful in her own way like all kids are in their own way" now your moms blinder than this blind mom, many people only.think about sight, ive seen the ladys daughter and shes very pretty and gentle, u just wanna squueze her cheeks, but i think her mom sees her better than i do even though her eyes are blind, her heart isnt, its called sight of the heart. the reason her daughter is cute to me and all other kids because u can touch them and pet them and play w them, not because theyre bunch of mona lisas u just get to look at, so quit wearing makeup for a few years

Awwww. My mom at least pretends that I'm pretty with out my makeup on... When I wear it "Honey you don't need to wear make up you're beautiful. " When I'm not "Is something wrong? Do you feel okay? You look sick." ....REALLY MOM!

When you are wearing make-up all the time your mum is used to seeing you that way. Without make-up your face usually seems a little paler, with less defined eyes and lips, so in comparison you do look like you might be getting sick. Stop wearing make-up for a while and people will get used to your natural look. They won't think you're sick then. BTW, your mum is right, you are pretty!
