I'm gonna assume you live together for this to be the issue that it is. I'd start thinking of a contingency plan for what to do when you inevitably tire of waiting on a man child who won't do his fair share without vague sexual wheedling. You do your part of the chores because you live there, folks. No reward expected or necessary.
