Be sure to change your pillow case at least every few days. I had acne and wasted so much money and time on medication and dermatologist and all i ever really needed was clean bed sheets.

i feel ya. i had perfectly clear skin as a teenager, but now I’m in my 20’s and I have permanent acne that even my dermatologist can’t fix.
