Today, my girlfriend and I, who are both heavy set, went into the pharmacy and asked if they sold any over the counter antidiarrhetic medicine. The store clerk, eyeing us up and down, said, “Uh, sorry, we don’t have antidiabetic medicine.” FML

You need to move to America. We have so many ******' fat people here, they have all the meds for them, and "normal" weight people have to cut them in half to avoid overdosing.

Relax Stay-Puff, they're not calling you out for being fat by assuming you're diabetic. Lots of people have diabetes, including skinny people. You asked for anti-diarrhetic, which is not a real product. They had to extrapolate and the closest drug they could come up with is anti-diabetic, which sounds similar. I'm assuming you have gastro and should have described your symptoms to your assistant so they could offer you an anti-diarrheal like Imodium which stops you having incredibly liquid stools. You being overly self conscious is not their fault.
