Today, I have two options: 1. Use powder deodorant and don't have body odor for at least two days but get a rash, or 2. Use non powder deodorant without aluminium and not get a rash but get body odor the same day. FML

Assuming you're already clean as a whistle, I'll say use both. Keep the rash for the moments when it's important to smell good like a meeting with your boss to ask for a raise, and use the BO for everyday working at the office and your appointment with the dermatologist/hyperhidrosis doctor you obviously need.

Body odor has a strong genetic correlation and several medical conditions (such as menopause, kidney disease, thyroid issues) are linked to worse body odor. Some people have enough issues with this that they may require straight-up surgery to fix the issue. “Just shower” helps for a lot of people but it sure as heck doesn’t fix everything for everybody.

Is the powder deodorant you’re using have baking soda in it? If it does, you’re most likely suffering from your pH balance being off due to the BS. If that’s the case, at the end of each night before bed, Pat your armpits with apple cider vinegar to help prevent the rash. I don’t think this is a long term solution though, but maybe it’ll bide you some to find something else. Hope it all works out for you!

If his PH balance was "off" he'd be dead

If this is such an issue, go see a doctor.

if you have the money, I've heard that botox works to prevent sweating in your armpits. I think celebrities are using it, especially for red carpet events. good luck
