You ran out of nacho cheese right? If so the customer had good reason to freak out. But if it was over cool ranch they need to reconsider their priorities.

Stupid customers are the most unreasonable people on the planet. And unfortunately most customers are stupid. I had a customer just today who got annoyed when I wouldn't follow him to show him where something was until I finished with the other two customers who were in front of him in line to be helped. Heaven forbid he wait his turn!
