Today, I set an alarm labeled "DO NOT BE LATE." When it went off, I turned it off, congratulated myself for being responsible, and promptly went back to sleep. I woke up two hours later. FML

if this is a regular occurrence I highly recommend Super Alarm or Alarmy where you can set an alarm that won't turn off until you get up and scan a barcode - mine is next to my coffee machine!

Yeah, my phone is the alarm clock, and when it goes off, I have to get up and walk ten feet before I can turn it off.
