To everybody shaming him for masturbating in general, guess what? It's completely normal and healthy to do it here and there, and it's nothing people should be condemned for doing. If they do it so much that they get to a point of developing carpal tunnel like the OP, or if they can't control themselves and they end up doing it in public or at a time where it's inappropriate, such as when they're a guest at somebody's house, then yes, it can be a problem, but every now and then, it's normal. You people need to grow up and accept that it's something people do.
