Coucou, tout le monde ! Je suis l'auteure de la VDM. Par contre je ne sais pas pourquoi je suis en anonyme puisque je l'ai rédigé avec ce compte pourtant. Bref, merci d'avoir validé ma VDM, depuis le temps que j'attends ça : D. Alors, cette histoire s'est passé il y a quelques années, j'avais tout juste 18 ans et venais d'être embauché pour quelques semaines, dans mon entreprise de stage. La cliente a dû penser que j'étais encore stagiaire ou me juger trop jeune pour pouvoir la conseiller correctement. En tout cas, j'étais bouche bée lorsqu elle a sorti cette phrase, j'ai simplement bafouillé et je suis allé chercher une collègue. Je les ai accompagnés pendant la vente pour voir ce que j'aurais pu faire de mieux et vois que ma collègue lui montre et lui dit EXACTEMENT la même chose. Je n'étais donc pas incompétente. Plus tard je suis allé le raconter à ma patronne qui m'a dit que j'aurais dû la remettre à sa place ! Depuis, je ne me laisse plus faire ainsi. En tout cas heureusement que les clientes respectueuses sont plus nombreuses :) . Bonne journée à tous ;).
