Bonjour à tous, Je suis l'auteure de cette vie de merde mais je n'avais pas de compte quand je l'ai écrite. Tout d'abord, merci à ceux qui m'ont validé la VDM et surtout merci à tous ceux qui ont écrit des mots sympathiques et des encouragements. Pour apporter des précisions, je rajouterais que l'entretien avait été demandé par mes chefs et que lors de l'entretien il y avait la directrice et mon responsable direct. Les deux m'ont affirmés oralement qu'ils étaient satisfaits de mon travail et qu'ils pouvaient me proposer un CDI à temps partiel avec passage à plein temps dès que possible. Ils m'ont donc dis qu'ils m'envoyaient un contrat par la poste que ça pouvait prendre 2 semaines le temps de faire les formalités. Bien sur je n'ai aucune trace écrite de tout ça. Une dixaine de jours plus tard je reçois un courrier de la boite m'annonçant donc qu'ils ne m'embaucheraient finalement pas. J'ai demandé à rencontrer la directrice qui a refusé de me recevoir. Le lendemain de son refus, je vois une annonce pôle emploi de cette entreprise proposant un CDD pour l'été. J'ai postulé (tout travail est bon à prendre) et ils m'ont repris pour les deux mois. J'imagine donc que soit je faisais un travail satisfaisant et que le contrat n'avait pas pu se faire pour raison financière, soit personne d'autre que moi n'a postulé et que coincé pour coincé... Quoi qu'il en soit, je connais depuis longtemps la définition d'un CDD donc je ne m'attendais pas forcément à un CDI derrière. J'aurais compris qu'ils me proposent directement de me prolonger de deux mois uniquement. Je me suis vraiment sentie trahie. Quoi qu'il en soit, maintenant je suis en CDI dans une autre boite et je commence à faire le deuil de cette mésaventure mais j'en ai longtemps souffert et je ne le souhaite à personne.
