du coup j'ai fini par taper n'importe quoi, j'ai atterri dans un service où ils ne savaient pas du tout me renseigner mais ils ont pu me passer une personne compétente :-) mais bon, le coup du cercle vicieux avec l'annonce automatique "merci de raccrocher et de composer le 10 14 / le 10 15 / le 39 00", j'ai trouvé ça terriblement vicieux de leur part !
