Je suis celle qui a écrit cette VDM. Pour répondre à plusieurs commentaires, je tiens à davantage expliqué la situation. Je travaille comme caissière en tant qu'étudiante depuis maintenant 2 ans et j'ai 22 ans. Je suis d'accord avec le fait d'aider les personnes âgées et il m'arrivent de les aider par moment à ranger leur course. Mais ce Monsieur à fait preuve d'impolitesse totale. De plus, il n'avait pas l'excuse de l'âge puisqu'il ne semblait pas être âgé de plus de 40 ans. Premièrement, il ne m'a pas dit bonjour malgré le fait que je lui ait dit trois fois. Il est resté au téléphone tout le long de son passage en caisse. Il c'est énervé quand je lui ai demandé de me montrer son sac à dos alors qu'il aurait très bien pu le laisser dans les casiers à côté de l'accueil du magasin. Il m'a ensuite posé la question concernant le rangement des courses. Après lui avoir poliment répondu que non, il m'a si gentiment dit, je cite, "Vous m'emmerdez". Au moment de payer, il me jette son chéquier et s'énerve de nouveau quand je lui demande une pièce d'identité. Pièce d'identité qui c'est avéré être Française donc il n'a pas l'excuse de ne pas connaître le pays. Et il est parti sans dire au revoir. Et sinon, concernant le commentaire qui disait qu'aujourd'hui les caissière ne veulent plus rien faire : Quand tu passes tes journées à enchaîner les clients sans s'arrêter (On dispose de 16 caisses mais on est en sous-effectif et le magasin est grand), que beaucoup de ses clients te traitent comme si tu n'étais qu'un chien, que tu te retrouves par moment à avoir plus d'une dizaines de caddie à ta caisse car il n'y a pas assez de caisses ouverte, que tu enchaine les heures supplémentaires parce qu'il n'y a pas assez de monde pour la fermeture, que tu aides à la mise en rayon, que tu cours partout pour aider le personnel du drive à gérer les commandes parce qu'ils ne sont pas assez et tout ça pour le SMIC, tu ne veux pas faire plus que ce que tu fais déjà.

Ben, quand je m'en suis rendu compte (oui, je suis l'auteur de cette VDM) j'ai tout de suite appelé la fille de la dame pour lui dire que je m'étais planté et que malheureusement je ne pouvais faire demi-tour car j'étais sur l'autoroute et très très en retard pour le boulot. La dame à raté son avion :(
