Oh, je suis étonnée car cette VDM date un peu, j'en suis l'auteure. Bonjour et merci pour les quelques conseils donnés ! Le téléphone me met très mal à l'aise : on ne voit pas les yeux de son interlocuteur, nous ne disposons que de sa voix pour lui répondre. Puis, comment savoir quand c'est à soi de prendre la parole ? Hormis s'il y a une question clairement énoncée. La dimension "imprévu" est aussi complexe à gérer. Il y a aussi le fait que la personne aura parfois des bruits autour d'elle qui prendront parfois toute la place dans notre perception, nous déconcentrant au point de perdre totalement le fil. Si la personne fait autre chose en même temps que l'appel, cela me déconcentre totalement comme si j'étais plongée également dans une tâche. J'ai souvent été aidée pour mes appels car cela me rendait littéralement malade comme dans ma VDM. Depuis quelques temps, je fais comme le dit RobertDeNice pour les appels visant à prendre rendez-vous ou autre, j'écris à peu près mes objectifs pour cet appel et j'y arrive la plupart du temps dorénavant. Il y a cependant toujours cette boule dans la gorge et parfois davantage. Un coach ne m'apporterait sans doute pas grand chose car ce n'est pas le manque de confiance qui impacte ici à mes yeux, c'est plutôt le manque de précision, de prévision etc. J'aime la clarté et au téléphone tout est terriblement flou. Une autre astuce pour se détendre lorsqu'on est confronté à quelque chose de dur pour soi : avoir de quoi se compresser (en me relisant c'est vrai que c'est un comble pour décompresser), des coussins à serrer très fort, des vêtements compressifs ou autre, il y a un côté beaucoup plus sécurisant et comme si nous habitions davantage notre corps, comme si nous étions moins éparpillés. Courage à tous ceux qui ont des peurs qui leur pourrit parfois le quotidien, personnellement je chemine vers un mieux sur ce point là et je vous souhaite la pareille.

Bonjour, des petites précisions concernant cette journée, mes deux options étaient les suivantes : Annuler ma demi journée de travail, ou m'organiser. Annuler m'était impossible, je devais maquiller une mariée... Et m'organiser, c'est bien ce que j'ai essayé de faire ! Seulement il n'y a pas des centaines de possibilités pour rejoindre le tout petit village où je vis, et il se situait juste derrière la quinzaine de villages barrés. Et à savoir également, je n'y habite pas depuis très longtemps... Mon itinéraire prévu au départ s'est révélé bloqué aussi, et là, panique !
