yes. i'm a doctor. i live and work the caribbean (originally from SF.cali). i use FML as a way to keep things light when the going get rough. seeing patients, teaching students, and living in a different world is pretty amazing but there are lots of low points and you end up missing home. it can get lonely, don't have pen pals or a lady friend. this is one of the ways i stay connected with the world back home. sad as it is when i come home on breaks people don't believe what i do. my romantic life has suffered for it =/. i love my job but i need a healthy balance which i don't have right now. thank you FML and thank you, user, for helping keep me sane.
