Ooooh mais j'ai été publiée ! Merci l'administration ! (enfin presque... ) Bref, bonjour ! Je suis l'auteur de la VDM, mais en fait cette galère administrative arrive à ma mère. Sa voiture était, a priori, une ancienne voiture école et c'est de là que viennent les pépins. En gros, sur la carte grise il y a une ligne avec écrit "véhicule école", sauf que ce n'est plus un véhicule école, mais une voiture tout à fait normale. Il y a deux ans, pas de soucis, la voiture était bien passée au contrôle. Cette année, impossible, et ce dans tous les centres contactés. La raison ? Il n'y a pas de doubles pédales dans la voiture alors que sur la carte grise il est bien marqué "véhicule école". On avait bien remarqué cette ligne il y a quelques temps, mais on n'y avait jamais prêté attention plus que cela parce que ça n'avait jamais posé de problème nulle part, pas même lors de contrôles policiers sur la route. On a donc fait une demande pour une nouvelle carte grise, via le garage qui nous a vendu la voiture et qui suit son entretien, et hier le garage nous a appelé pour nous dire que la préfecture refusait de faire la carte grise tant que le contrôle technique n'était pas fait. Le garage a donc dû faire du forcing auprès du centre de contrôle technique pour la faire passer sinon on n'en sortira jamais. RDV est pris, on va bien voir ce que ça va donner. (A noter que le garage avait fait une attestation expliquant le problème à l'attention des forces de l'ordre en cas de contrôle routier.) En fait, si la voiture est passée il y a deux ans et pas cette année, c'est parce qu'apparemment les centres de contrôle technique pouvaient le faire avant, mais plus maintenant. En attendant c'est quand même assez chiant dans la mesure où ma mère utilise sa voiture pour aller travailler tous les jours et fait pas mal de kilomètres, mais aussi parce que ça fait encore de la paperasse en plus (pour nous, comme pour le garage, et la préfecture.) Et tout ça, pour une simple ligne sur une carte grise qui n'avait jamais posé de problèmes jusqu'alors. C'est un coup à devenir phobique de l'administration ça :D
