Petite précision pour les gens qui pensent que je devrais me mettre au régime, je précise que je fais 1m64 pour 58 kg... Même si je suis pas là de poser dans des magazines de mode, je suis vraiment pas à me plaindre au niveau de mon poids !!! 3 solutions s'offrent donc à moi: il a été méchant gratuitement, il aimerait que je perde les 2kg pris pendant les fêtes, ou alors il n'aime VRAIMENT PAS cette chanson...! En tout cas, ça nous a permis un bon fou rire (je suis pas [trop] rancunière) et une VDM validée ! ;)

L'embrouille c'est que ma rue est en travaux, du coup le marquage au sol n'a pas encore été fait. L'autiste d'agent a estimé que cette "place" était autant une place que celles à coté qui ne gènent pas car l'absence de marquage au sol n'explicitait pas d'interdiction de se garer à cet endroit... L'explication de l'agent est tirée par les cheveux et c'est surtout hors la loi puisque d'après le code de la route Article R417-10 : III. - Est également considéré comme gênant la circulation publique le stationnement d'un véhicule : 1° Devant les entrées carrossables des immeubles riverains ; V. - Lorsque le conducteur ou le propriétaire du véhicule est absent ou refuse, malgré l'injonction des agents, de faire cesser le stationnement gênant, l'immobilisation et la mise en fourrière peuvent être prescrites dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 325-1 à L. 325-3. Tout ça pour dire que j'ai perdu ma journée à cause d'une lumière de la police qui ne connait pas la loi et qui a mal fait son boulot.
